AIRPORTS: We have been working with the top team of DAA since 2005 on transforming the culture of their organisation. Their spectacular new terminal at Dublin Airport was launched in Nov 2010.

 

ENERGY: We partnered with DC Energy to design the organisation and transition plan for a $35b oil and gas project based in Perth Australia - a challenging and exciting 'mega project'.

 

HEALTHCARE: We worked with the Chief Executive and top team of the Kingston NHS Provider Services to help them make the transition to an independent social enterprise 'Your Healthcare' on August 1st 2010 - one of the first such organisations in the UK to be given the go ahead.

 

ENVIRONMENTAL: We have been working on Director Development with BTCV who have just scooped two top awards - the Charity Times 2010 'Charity of the Year" and the 'Green Leadership Award" organised by the Chartered Management Institute.

 

FOOD AND DRINK: We have been working with the top production team in IDL, based in Ireland, to build a high performance team culture. Makers of the iconic Jameson brand, international growth prospects are excellent.

 

THIRD SECTOR: Our Director Terri Morrissey is also the chairperson of Aoibhneas Women's Refuge in Dublin.They have recently launched an appeal to build a state of art Children's Centre on their site.

The Story of This Is ...

Many years ago, a young aspiring student had to take part in a competitive three and a half hour examination to get into the prestigious university of his choice. He entered the examination room, turned over his paper, and read. There was one question and one question only, on the exam paper.

 

'What is Courage?' was the question in front of him.

The student thought for a few minutes before writing : 'This is'.

 

He handed his paper in and walked out of the exam room three hours early. He got an offer.
