Talent Management

We provide high quality talent management services to organisations going through change and transition, helping them to identify and develop the resources required to deliver sustainable high performance.  We tailor our services and the approach we take to suit the particular needs and circumstances of our different clients and offer support in two main areas:


Revamping the talent management system In conjunction with the organisation we review the current talent management system and staff planning process, and identify ways in which it can be improved.  We then work with them to implement the necessary improvements and ensure that there is a systematic process in place for talent identification and deployment.

Reviewing the organisation's 'bench strength' We work with the leaders of the organisation to help assess the bench strength of an organisation's management and leadership. We help them rank individuals systematically and identify their strengths and weaknesses in the context of business requirements.  We work with our business partner Zircon to provide formal assessment services where these are necessary including assessment centre faciliation, psychometric test design and high potential assessment.
