Leadership Competencies

Many large organisations have developed their own set of leadership competencies which they use for developmental and in some cases assessment purposes. We are happy to work with these where this is appropriate and build leadership development around that.

 

We have also developed our own leadership competencies that we can use as a basis for development at all levels of an organisation from graduate entry to top management.

These cover the main skills that modern leaders require in order to develop sustainable high performance.

 

We have developed assessment tools which will enable us to objectively assess leaders against this set of criteria
