Performance Management

We provide high quality performance management services to organisations going through change and transition, equipping them to deliver sustainable high performance. We start from the strategic objectives of the organisation, and help to translate these into measurable performance goals and targets at business, team and individual level.


We tailor our services and the approach we take to suit the particular needs and circumstances of our different clients.  We always carry out a diagnostic 'needs analysis' before undertaking work in this area, but offer the following services:


Revamping the performance management system In times of change and transition, we work with the top management team to clarify vision, mission and values as well as strategic objectives, and then work with the organisation to institute a balanced scorecard process and translate that into measurable goals and targets at business, team and individual level.  We will also work with the HR function to ensure that organisation and people processes are aligned with the system


Coaching for performance management We provide coaching for organisational leaders and support staff to help them become more effective in performance management. This typically includes coaching on how to deal with poor performers as well as how to develop a high performance ethos


Training and development We run training and development programmes (particularly train the trainer programmes for identified in - house trainers) which equip people with the skills needed to implement a performance management system.
